How to uninstall the Toolbar

Support for the toolbar ended. For the uninstall please follow the steps below.


Automatic uninstall

Click here to download the toolbar remover, and run it.
The toolbar will be permanently uninstalled from your computer.



Manual uninstall







1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Programs, click Uninstall a program.

3. Click on the toolbar line, click on Uninstall and follow the prompts.








1. Click Start, click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

3. Click once on the Toolbar line,
Click on Change / Remove and follow the prompts.








1. Click Start, click Control Panel.

2. In Control Panel click on the Uninstall a program in Programs.

3. Click once on the Toolbar line,
Click on Uninstall / Change and follow the prompts.






Changing the search provider in browser after uninstalling the toolbar

Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click Tools in the top menu, and then select Manage Add-ons

3. In the opened window click Search Providers on the left

4. On the right then click on the search provider you want to use, and then click Set as default
(You can also use the link Find more search providers to install other providers than listed)

5. Click Close

6. Click on 'Tools', 'Internet Options', the 'General' tab, the 'Use Default' button, and then on 'OK'.

7. Click on 'Tools', 'Internet Options', the 'General' tab. Click on the ‘Settings’ button under ‘Tabs’, and then click on 'Your first home page' under ‘When a new tab is opened, open:’. Click on the ‘OK’ button, and then click the ‘OK’ button again.



Firefox:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox

2. In the address-bar type: about:config and press ENTER

3. If asked, confirm that you want to continue to the settings page

4. In the filter field type: browser.search

5. Right click on 'browser.search.defaultenginename' and choose 'Reset'.

6. Right click on 'browser.search.searchEnginesURL' and choose 'Reset'.

6. In the opened dialog type name of different search provider
(You can find their list by clicking on the down arrow next to the icon of search providers used in the top right search box)

7. In the Filter field, type 'keyword'.

8. Right click on 'keyword.URL' and choose 'Reset'.

9. Click on 'Tools', 'Option', 'General', 'Restore to Default', 'Ok'.
